These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games and applications provided by VJ Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using our games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and VJ Studio only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. VJ Studio is solely responsible for the games and their content.

2. Limited license

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not:

  • Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of our games.
  • Modify or create derivative works of the games.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the games.

3. Intellectual property

All rights, titles, and interests in the games (including but not limited to code, graphics, music, and character designs) are owned by VJ Studio. Your use of the games does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Virtual items and ads

Ads: Our games are supported by advertising. By using the games, you agree to the display of ads provided by our partners (e.g., AdMob).

Virtual items: If a game allows you to “unlock” or “earn” virtual items, these have no “real world” monetary value and are non-transferable.

5. Maintenance and support

VJ Studio is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the games. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The games are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • VJ Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
  • VJ Studio shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or device damage) resulting from your use of the games.

7. Product claims & legal compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
  • You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Third-party beneficiary (Apple only)

If you are using our games on an iOS device, you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City or State, India].
